I checked the VIN on the C3 registry...not there.

Was that pic created? That's not a '73...

Perhaps a real picture of a 1973 in code 927 dark blue with a medium saddle interior would help.

Good catch, This was given to me, I did not create it. The file name of the flyer said CHATgpt.
