Default Intake Manifold Bolt

I would like to install the vacuum advance line clip to the intake manifold on my 69 s.b. It goes on the right hand side, on one of the middle bolts. My questions are if removing just this one bolt will present any problems as in the breaking of the seal of the manifold to head or will the other bolts hold everything nice and tight ? Also does any one know if these "middle" bolts are dead end holes or will I have to drain the coolant before removing it? Thanks as always for the help.

I think you'll be fine. I've done this before and it's not been a problem. There's no coolant to worry about on the middle bolts.

Hello mbp,
The clip was typically installed on the rearward of the 2 bolts.
There can be a little oil seepage around the bolt so a little sealer may be required.
Regards....
