Transmission out of my 1980 Corvette. 3 speed auto. Only has 14,500 miles on it. Needs an input shaft. $250.00 Shaft was dinged when removing.

Does this tranny have an electrical plug on the drivers side above the pan?
It should.
If so, mention that this is a 350C with a lock up convertor.
They only came in the 1980. 1981 had a lock up convertor but it was computer controlled not electrically / vacuum controlled.
The 1980 350C can be adapted to any car, with the right switch, wiring, and vacuum connectors.
