WANTED: Painted 1969 Hardtop
Looking for a painted hardtop for my 1969 but needs to have a date code near the end of 1969. Color does not matter but must be complete and in good shape. Thanks mturner@state.nj.us

Suggestion: purchase the best top you can find regardless of the date. Replace the rear glass with a new repro, correctly dated piece and you're in business. The aftermarket providers have the glass and the dating service.
Sell the orignal glass to someone looking for that date.

Hi Mike, Thanks for the reply. When my original front windshield cracked I put in a replacement and got it date coded but was very very disappointed. The date coding just does not look like the originals. So if anyone has a painted hardtop dated late 69 please let me know. Thanks Again
