Looking for a 76 or 77 T-top luggage rack attachment strap.

I have the original brackets that hold the tops to the luggage rack but I am missing the strap that secures the tops to the brackets.

Anyone have one of these straps for sale?

The vendors have the entire kit with the brackets, but it appears that no one sells only the strap.

I'm looking for the same thing. There is a website http://www.angelfire.com/nb2/a.r.contracting/ that shows these. However I have not heard back from "Glenn Bodie". The last reference I've found was in 2007 so I don't know what has happened with him. Anyone else have info?
