Default 650 CFM Speed Demon, Vacuum Secondaries, electric choke

Selling my 650 CFM speed demon, vacuum secondaries, electric choke. After years of tinkering and constantly having it run too rich, decided to get an edelbrock carb. The 650 was simply too much carb for the stock 350 in my 79, even with Cam and intake upgrade. These carbs need bigger heads or modified air bleeds to run on a stock engine.

Bought it back in 2007, it has about 5,000 miles on it. In my efforts to tune it I have replaced the needle and valve assembly and have adjusted the fuel bowl levels multiple times, we also installed a power valve protection kit for backfires (https://www.holley.com/products/fuel.../parts/125-500). I have also put in new seals around the float bowls.

I had a hard time getting it to run right on my engine, but it is a fully working carb and as far as I can tell its in perfect working order. However, this is used thus the discounted price.

They go for $500 new on summit (http://www.summitracing.com/parts/de...10ve/overview/) and from 250-350 on ebay.

Asking $265+shipping.

Will have pictures up shortly
