69 and up three spoke steering wheel. I had this on my 68 for more leg room than the original 68 wheel, but went to an even smaller aftermarket wheel since I'm 6"4" and need all the room I can get. No metal band around the outside so for the sake of this sale lets assume this is a reproduction, however it is a good wheel that is not wobbly, bent, or out of round.
