I shipped one to Australia a few years ago. Was $100 incl the hardware plus actual shipping costs. Was a PITA to ship. Wrapped it in copper waterpipe foam, that black foam with the adhesive on the edges and stuck it together and then wrapped the whole thing in 3" wide packing tape.

weight nothing, just a goofy size to ship. It was a 12 week delivery IIRC.
