What you're looking for is a forty eight year old publication and you'll want it in reasonably good shape. That narrows things considerably. Are you an NCRS member? You could post a Want To Buy in The Driveline.
For 1968 there was also a First Edition and Second Edition. Do you also want it to contain the Corvette News page? I don't have one but they are out there. Just sold my last one a month ago, had the full News card.
I have an original poly bag the manuals came in with the octagon key on it if interested. I also have an original small white key knockout envelope that has never been filled out.

Some photos.
I am trying to find real world values for these items (with little success).
Check out the asking price for the '65 Vert. 350 HP 4 speed above--I believe this ad was in the Fall of 1968.
The owner's manual is in excellent condition from front cover up to page 65 where the "burn" damage first shows.
The worst of the damage is shown on the last page, and the back cover has the worst of it.
