CA: Anyone have a nice 454 block or?
Feelers out no rush
427 is what I really want. My last one was stolen yrs ago they are simply WAY too much $.
Was hoping I could come across a nice 454 (4bolt a +) or even a 502 I could slowly piece together then sell my 383. Its pretty stout but miss the brute thunder of the BBC.

If its a rare #s match deal Im not the guy shallow pockets here. Going in a 67 A body
Sold my std bore 396 for 100 couldnt give it away
Steel crank a + not necessary though cast wont hold up to what I want to do

have a 454
2 bolt...oval port with 2.19. intake and 1.88 ext, all new valve springs..etc...steel 427 crank ..real corvette holly intake.. 4000 miles on motor..total master rebuild kit...Holley 800 double pumper...stock exhaust manifolds..
I used the fly wheel and starter on my other motor for my 67 ..but complete other than starer and fly wheel

ive got 2 ,468[454+30] complete engines ,just rebuilt and 1-2hours dyno time,,4-bolt mains,7/16 hd rods,forged pistons [9.5 to 1],cast iron heads,new aluminum intakes,850 holley carbs,6qt oil pans,hv oil pumps,hyd roller cams,roller rockers,,
