Default 1970 454 original dipstick

I'm looking for a 1970 454 original dipstick for long tube.

Writing on dipstick has "ADD" and "FULL" on it and some my have a "W" stamped as well.

Measures 24" from top of bell to the "ADD" line.

Default Dipstick

Besides 1100884 alternators OEM correct LS-5 dipsticks with the black buttons are as hard to find. Try David Sokolowski at corvettedavid@sbcglobal.net. Beware of "correct" ones on those auction sites. Do your homework.

Thanks,
Scott

Default Dip Stick

Check with Richard Fortier former owner and founder of Paragon reproductions.

I know he makes a dipstick for a big block but not sure what years.

He advertises in the Driveline. Really nice guy. I have bought from him myself.

Kind Regards,

Bill

Most of the ones I've seen had a red tip or the tip was missing.
There were some very early ones that had a black tip.
I'll take what ever comes along.
Thanks

Here's what I have. There's a little bit of a Twist in it and the only thing that really doesn't jive is the 24 so maybe it's not what you're looking for.

24 inches from tip.
