Default Homemade rack and pinion steering

I put a lot of work into this, but decided to convert to a Jeep steering box instead.

This setup was mounted on my car, and did work well enough to steer the vehicle onto a trailer when I moved. Other than that, it has no road time.

This should be viewed as a project in progress.

Includes:

-Used Grand Am rack, used for mock up
-Rebuilt fast ratio rack from Autozone, still in the box
-Rack mounts: driver side is made out of 3/16 steel plate, bolts to side and bottom of frame. Welded by me (amateur), but gusseted heavily. Should be strong. I would redo the passenger side mount.
-Tie rod adapter plate made of 3/16 steel, and two passenger (?) side arms from grand am.
-Steering shaft stock from Speedway or Summit
- Junkyard U-joints, I recommend using for mock up only

Taking up room in my garage, but I spent to much time on it to just throw it away. I will trade for anything that can be used on my 1976 project.
-shifter console
-seat covers
-seat belts (black)
-stingray badges
-fiberglass bumper
-front spoiler/dam

If you don't have any parts to trade, will consider a case of beer. Something dark.

Located southeast side of Houston. Would prefer local pickup, but will ship if it comes down to it.
