Ray,
I'll have to check part numbers but I think 78 is different than 77 for the top header. I don't have the storage door hinge from this car, sorry. I was out of town for a couple of days. Back now. David

Had a feeling it might be different! If it is the same I do want it !

Chance you have the seat belt covers ! I'm going to need both of them!

Thanks Ray

Thanks for your request Ray. According to the web sites the 77 & 78 upper molding trim is the same so it should work for you Ray. I will put it with the shroud for traveling South with us. Unfortunately I do not have seat belt covers though. The sites say the same seat belt covers are used on 1974-1977 so you might have luck if you find a seller parting out a 74, 75, 76, or 77 car. Sorry I do not have any at this time.

Parts updated to reflect A/C versus non A/C as noted previously. Priced updated and more parts added to offering.

Great, I'll put some cash in you pile when I see you next week !

Thank you for the great info , I have one cover that the seat messed up and the other was missing! Figured it was easier to buy both thinking most would want to sell the set and not one!

I'll keep trying to figure out what other nonessential items I need this week!

See you next week! Ray

Friday the 13th we are driving down from Hilton Head to Maitland, Four Points Sheraton. We will head for Fort Myers Saturday morning. You tell me which day and location to meet that works for you. See you next week.

Hi David !

If it's ok for you Friday looks to be the best day ! It's always a little crazy on Saturdays with the ten year old and I wouldn't want to interfere with you schedule! !

Time frame will depend on your ETA and rush hour traffic in Orlando!

I can meet at any location you choose including the Four Points Sheraton if you want !

The way I see it your doing something special for me so I want to make it as easy for you as possible!

Thanks again, Ray

Hi David,

If still available I will take the fan-clutch for 35.00

Is that the oil pan that was on the vette? I only ask because I know
they all dont clear the vette steering linkage. If it was I might be interested in it also.

Hope all's well, John

Hi John. The fan-clutch is available and it is yours sir. Yes, that oil pan was removed from the engine on the 78. If you take it and you find it does not clear I would be glad to accept it back from you, no problem.
Thank you sir.

Hi David ! When you get back I would like to have you through the gas door in my pile if you would please !

In a move of brilliant stupidity I broke the mounting ring on mine yesterday!

I have on on the 79 I have but it is totally different from a 77 , both larger and mounts different and that one looks like mine!

Thank you ! Ray

I have updated the listing of parts to show items sold in red, and items still available in blue. I am getting your parts together now Ray, seeking a large box for the shroud and other parts. Have door hinge parts, gas door, header trim, and shroud for you thus far.

Thanks to all for your purchases. If I have missed anyone let me know.
David

Default Differential

Hi David,

If no one take the rear differential and Bill Van Orman comes by and has room for it...I'll take it.

I am building my own for my second project. While I am at it might as well do a couple for the practice.

Thanks
Dennis
