Default Need Fender flares? Let's trade BODIES!

Testing the waters here. I have a 1968 Vette, but it seems that someone swapped a newer body onto it... I would prefer to lose the flares, and if possible, I would prefer a 68 body. So, if you want to build a flared racer, let's talk! I am located in Northern California, about an hour east of Sacramento. I am OK with my hood, but it can be discussed. Depending on the situation I may be willing to do the transporting in the Western states. Call / text / personal message Morgan. 530-320-3233
(We could trade rims too!)

Morgan,

I'm not in a position to trade bodies, but if you decide to pull off your fenders & quarter panels and replace them with the correct ones, I'd be interested in the flared take offs.

I want to flare my other car ('75 convertible) and make it look similar to an old road racer.

Thanks,
Chris

You may have a few years there. I would examine that body REALLY closely to see what was done to it.

1968s also had 3 different size headlight openings, and you would not want to lose the originals if that car has them. Given the 70-72 style grilles and 73-later sides, all bets are off.

I was thinking the same thing. Those are some wide front flares.
