Default Parting 1981 Corvette

I have decided to cut my losses, and part out my '81 Corvette. I am located in upstate NY. The car is very solid and has never seen winter as far as I can tell. I have stripped the paint and hardware for body repair, but I am going to stop there and part it out.

Please do not advertise sales of individual parts in a part out unless you list each part with an asking price, per forum rules.

Unless those prices are listed, please restrict posts to regarding the entire lot/car with its asking price, thanks.

14. Parting out cars
Multiple part-outs are not allowed. To limit the abuse of Corvetteforum and its users from commercial parting-out by non-supporting vendors and unknown sellers, the following rules will apply:
  • Only one Corvette during a rolling 12-month period can be parted out.
  • The Corvette being parted out should be titled to the seller and have been disabled in an accident.
  • Alternately, the Corvette being parted out must have been purchased by the seller to obtain major components needed for his own car.
  • Other than supporting vendors, only established Corvetteforum users with more than 50 posts (at least half of them in the generational sections) or who have been registered on the site for more than 90 days are allowed to part out a Corvette. Parts being sold from the part-out must be listed and priced in the sales thread.

Why is there 6% added for paypal? Did the fees go up? I just checked and it still says 2.9% and maybe .30 cent transaction fee...

Default Thanks Chris

Received my package from Chris today. AC mount bracket is in great shape and he shipped it out pretty quickly. Thanks Chris, that’s one part closer to a complete car. Keeping an eye on other parts available.

Blower motor relay available? The one that mounts to the firewall, also would be interested in seeing the stereo, and if you had to cut out a space for the din then that piece as well. Thanks

Also, what is the aftermarket radio and speaker brand? Do you know how many watts, and does any remote CD player, Bluetooth come with?
