I just did a fast check on shipping based on the size and the weight of 4 lbs and the lowest rate to England looks to be $61. Shipping within the US for a technical book is a low cost using media mail. I have one inquiry prior to yours, but between shipping and VAT it would be an expensive read.

Actually I realised I can get it sent to the seller of the car I bought in NY, if the other person doesn't want it i'll take it right away.
