Default Problem with TH200Transmission cooling ports.

They are 1/4 inch NPT ports but the 1/4 fittings just won't screw on...
Looked at the threads, but they lookd fine...
Any ideas what the reason could be??

Hey Oliver, with it being as tight against the tunnel as it is, I would have to guess you aren't able to get the fittings on there straight. Have you tried starting the threads by holding the fittings through the hole you made in the floor?

What are you trying to screw into them? They are a straigh thread designed for a flare fitting (such as a brake line), not a pipe thread which is tappered.

That's exactly what I tried.. I have direct access to the ports through the hole and still can't get it on..
