What throw out bearing

I was asked what throw out bearing I need for my car a long or short. I have a 79 with a super T-10.

Mosr V8 applications should use the short bearing with a raised diaphram cover or the 3 lever B-B, the long is for most 6 cyl chevys used with a flat diaphram cover.

Mine was the short version...came in a kit with pressure plate and disc.
