What is it you want to set up on a HEI dist. About the only thing you can change is the springs and the if you have a adjustable vaccum advance.

If you have a needlenose pliers you can do it. The Mr. Gasket kits come with simple instructions. I guarantee you most unassembled toys or furniture are tougher to put together. I promise.

As stated above, it really is easy to do yourself. But if you ask someone at the Summit store in Akron, I'm sure they could direct you to someone for assistance. (Here in Youngstown, Performance Specialties does it ).
