Torque convertor Question?
when should it be locked and when should it not on my
78 C3?
Any info would be greatly appreciated the wireing on the car is still kind of a mess but im getting it there still no clock but maybe someday

If your asking about the converter lockup, I don't believe your tranny came with one unless someone swapped a different tranny in. My '79 does not have one. I think it became standard with the crossfire engines starting 81?

1980 was the first year for the 350C lockup transmision. It was in my car from the factory. I replaced my clock with an oil temperature gauge. They were installed on late 81 and all 82 Vettes that had the digital clock in the radio. The sender mounts in the side of the block just above the oil filter.
