Default Pushrod Length

Anyone know the correct length for the Jegs 197 head with a stock 350? Anyone use these heads and have any comments on them?

Thanks

The only way to do this correctly is to get a pushrod checker. Every block and head has tolerances. What fits one engine might be to short or long for another. The checkers are cheap and easy to use. Get one then order what size you need. I had to go .100 longer with my AFR heads.

You can also call tech support with your stats...and they can suggest required length. I used the checker and it was precise and easy to do.

Have tech support send you their recommended rods - and a checker!

Since there are so many different checkers out there could you recommend any certain one? I probably will only use it once.

Thanks again
