Trailing Arm Help...Please!!

I'm in the garage mounting my rebuilt trailing arm assemblies and noticed that while installing the shims, one side of the trailing arm bolt sleeve prevents the shims from sitting flush against the bushing retainer. Is this OK?? Seems that the arm flops around because of this and is not tight in the pocket. Shims went in tight, and I replaced the exact amount/size of shims. Is the sleeve to long, or should I grind out the shim slots to fit over the sleeve?? Please respond...cause this 40+ degree weather won't last!!!

Holy Cow...was I stupid.

I forgot the thick washer that goes over the sleeve on one side.
DOAH....(sheepishly slinking away from computer)

I appreciate your humility greatly, Eddie, for within the hour I will be installing my new trailing arms and may well have been in the same position but for your post!
