T-top tie down strap ?

I have bought black t-top tie straps for my 1970. One of them is NOS. I called Ssnake-Oyl for a quote to change them to red. They wanted $100. So anyhow, if you can buy the straps, you can have them remanufactured to the color you need!!
I don't know if Ssnake-Oyl will do a original restoration of the plating for the attachment loops. There's a lot of metal bends so I don't know if replating will be that effective. Like I said one on my straps is NOS and in perfect condition. That one's not a problem. I worry about my other strap that needs a replating to be perfect.
