Headlight questions on 79
OK, I start the car and put the headlights on. After about a minute or two, (maybe), the lights will start to lift up. The left one first and then ever so slowly, the right one. They NEVER go right up when the car is first started. Most times I have to lift them.
OK, now fast forward to driving down the road. If you are traveling down the road and decide to put the headlights on, they go right up "BAM" and right down. What's my problem? Would an actuator seal tune-up help? Any ideas?
