need some shaft loops
can you guys guide me to where I can find a good set of half shaft loops for a 69? I broke the pass side shaft and you know what the damage was to my car. Now I need some loops so it will not happen again.

I have a question about where the loop is placed.
I can see if the u-joints boke at the spindle the loop would be effective, but if the u-joint at the differential broke, wouldn't the shaft still tear up some fiberglass as it slung around until the car stopped?
Would the loop be more effective if it were placed more toward the middle of the shaft?
