Default Master Cylinder Identification

I just got master cylinder # 5480346 that I understand is the correct master cylinder for a '72. My question is what is the difference between master cylinder for power brake and non power brake cars for that year? will this master cylinder work for both? In other words, How can I tell from looking at it if it was made for power or non power brakes?

Thanks... Pierre

Power master cyl has a bore of 1-1/8"...manual has a bore of 1".....use of a power master on a NON power car will make your leg sore!!

On the other hand, using a manual master with a power system will make your neck sore! It makes the brakes very sensitive.
