Hey guys anyone have a pic of the throtle and kick down linkage on there edelbrock carb. I bought a used 600cfm carb and had no manual and I need to find out what I need to adapt the cables from the factory setup to the new edelbrock carb.

Im pretty sure you can download the manual for your carb from the edelbrock web site, I know they used to have a manual for jetting and tuning the carb on the site you can download, I have a the 750 version on mine with a 4-speed so my pics wouldnt help you out too much, Dave

I went through that headache. Your best bet for a good clean setup is a Lokkar cable and bracket available from Summit.

Well I got a edelbrock bracket for cruise, throtle, and kickdown but can't figure out where the cable attach to the carb linkage and what special bolts or pins I need

Thanks

I can send you some pics. I have the same set up and I used Lokkar parts as well.

FWIW and perhaps not relevant as I do not have cables. But there may be some hints in the pic.

If you want I can go out in my garage and snap some pictures. Will take me five minutes. I have mine setup with the stock linkages, didn't have to buy any of the Lokar parts.
