How much would you pay....
I was talking with a friend about making a removable crossmember for my 79. He is coming over and looking at the car. He thinks he can fab on out of 1.5 in moly tubing, welding on some platforms for the trans and parking brake cable wheel. He thinks it will install over the exhaust so you can remove the exhaust in one piece( I have duals).
The question is how much should I expect to pay for a one off part. I might thy to get him to make extras while he is at it if its not to much work..
