Sealant on intake bolts?

Sealant on intake bolts?
What sealant do y'all use on intake bolts, if any? I think I recall a local guru using Permatex 2B, but I'm not sure...

It maybe right, but your looking for Teflon pipe sealant...

I also use non-hardening #2. Unless it's on an outboard motor.

I use the #2 but still had oil seeping out after 1000 miles. Had to go back and reseal .

blue silicone... also had Blue Loctite stick, so bottom 3/16" got that, middle got silicone.

Ain't that the truth! I'd use a bench grinder instead of a jack hammer, fewer broken bones that way. If you don't have one a Dremel can substute
