Its been pretty cold so I haven't been in a hurry on this project.

Are there any problems with the head unit being tilted? I wouldn't really expect any, but modern electronics have been known to do strange things.

I haven't decide what to do with speakers yet. I would like to put a small amp in the back for the rear speakers that I have there now. They are 90 watt 4X10's mounted in small speaker box's on a shelf across the wheel wells.
I don't see any reason why a slight angle would cause any issues as long as I support the back of the radio to keep it from bouncing.

Bryan, looks good. I like the surround you have made for yours. Where did you get the material to make this? That is just the finishing touch I need to add to mine.

I was at the same angle for years too. Now trying to figure out a place to put mine since there is no room on the gauge cluster anymore.

I got it from one of the plastic shops I deal with. I will see if I can get you the name of the supplier for you. It is gained flat stock "ABS" 1/16th" thick and comes in sheets.
