Something to absorb interior moisture during storage?
Here's a few ideas:
Best option is: There are companies that clean up after water spills in houses. The kind you get with overflowed washing machines and toilets. There might be some of those that are fully mobile (no power needed). They also treat for mildew if its not too late. Haven't used one, try the yellow pages.
It may be to late to vac the water out. But another option is to get heavy duty power inverter. This converts 12V dc to 115ac and use a small shop vac, then fans, etc. Hopefully you can use some other cars power to drive the inverter. One of the cheapies won't do they don't supply enough power.
You need to get the last of water out. Although it's just damp, the water has probably soaked into the pad and you're just not noticing it as much. A trick I used to use was to take kitty liter between a couple old towels under the carpet. You'd have to take the door sills off and maybe the kick panels, possibly the seats. The ideas is to get something under there that the water can drain down into and that you can remove. Do it a couple of times.
Anyway you get the water out, you're going to have to treat the carpet with something to kill the mildew or the smell will come back every time it's damp out. It's a fungus so there should be some sort of fungicide that's available.
Good luck, and I wish it would stop raining here in the desert
