That's the official GM Promo - Red with Red, but a neat thing to have.
Nothing else on E-Bay - I'm in the same boat...I usually have to buy '78 plastic models and sand off parts of the emblems and such.

I have two 1/18th cast models of 78' Coupe. The manufacturer was UT Models. They came in Silver (fairly common), Red, and Yellow (Not too common). One or more are usually available on e-bay. Go on there and search under 1/18 78' corvette. You should be able to find one. Maybe even in red. Failing that, there is a 1/20th version of the 78' which is red w/ black interior. Not exactly what you wanted, but close.
