Default wiring harness

ok so ive been trying to find a place that makes a wiring harness for a 76 corvette that has the new style blade fuses. anyways i found a place that will make a copy of the original wiring harness for around $2000 if they only make one but the guy that i talked to said that if i had a group of people that wanted to have the same harness made it would cost $800-$1000 and would take about a week to get the first one done and will go quicker once the pattern is done. anyways let me know what you all think and here is a link to the website.

ok i called painless and they wont make a harness for the corvette and they said that they have a universal harness which i have thought long and hard about using but i have decided that it would be best to just go with a harness from M&H or Lectric that comes with all new connectors. so it looks like painless is out sense i will have to use all my original connectors which arnt in the best of shape.

It is hard to justify $1000 or even $800 when you can get a new 'Lectric Limited harness from Last Detail for $375. I don't like the glass fuses either, but not $400-600 dislike. If LL would build them for $500 or so, then they might have some takers. Lectric Limited is about as good as it gets-that's who the NCRS guys will accept as close as available today. I would rather have a glass fuse harness from them, than a no-name with blade fuses, but's that's just me.
