Still pulling to left
I have brand new front and rear suspension, all new brake rebuild,
and they have been bleed correctly. I even micro polished my ss
sleeves in the calipers.
So why is my car sometimes still pulling to the left when I hit the brakes.

Turtle, no soak of any type of fluid.
Big fish, I have directional tires
Twin_turbo, I have new braided lines.
the car sat for a long time (3/4) month.
I did flush my lines with alcohol, during the whole
rebuild, I did not want trash or old fluid in my calipers.
Maybe I do need to run it hard on the brakes
as for my hard lines, their clean, and none are bent.
Alright - You said you replaced the front suspension,. Would that include the inner and outer tie rods? Sleeves, drag link, ball joints? If so considering you rebuilt the calipers, I would say you have an alignment problem. Someone probably just counted the revolutions pieceing together your new suspension wrong. Quit guessing and get a computerized front end alignment. The front end specs DO go back to 68. Once you have the correct information on your alignment you can then take the appropriate measures to correct the problem whether it be tires, castor or camber to your front end. Get the diagnostic first.

I rebuilt the front end myself, everything that moves is new.
complete kit from VBP. I got my alignment this morining, it
did this before the alignment also a very good company
did the alingment for me. I do know how to rebuild a front end,
so I know there is nothing put on wrong or backwards

what other reasons are there, this is
You're saying "sometimes" - it may be the road surface ...
What brand tires do you have ? I used to have 275-40-17 Sumitomo tires on my Camaro, they were pulling me all over the road when applying the brakes.... I bought some Goodyears and now it's perfect - I did not get the car aligned so I know it was the tires...

I've got sumitomo now, so you may have hit it on the spot
I checked the overview (comments) on tire rack and everyone there
bad mouthed sumitomo, only good fro trashing and cool burnouts
I still can't afford all my goodyear eagle gs d3 f-1's
Mag- did you change the rubber hoses? They night be hanging up the caliper. They swell on the ID so they may look ok from the outside. Those tires could be the problem though.Do you have a "normal" set to try on the car for your shake down cruise?

That's another potential cause.... if the hoses swell they act like a non-return valve... when you pressurize the sytem by pushing the brake pedal the pads are being pressed against the rotors - then when you release the pedal the pressure inside the caliper remains... there's nothing other than the brake rotor's runout pushing the pads back...

well.... if you have Sumitomo HTR 40 Z tires then I am sure that I hit the spot.... the HTR2 tires are not much better from what I've heard...
put some other wheels on the car and see what it does....
