I'm going this year, I bet there won't be more than 4 80/82 models.
they are always really short on c-3's
I missed the last 2 years just for that reason, my friends called
me afterwards, to say I was right, when they walked out of there.
82RED will have his car there, thats why im going . Ron is a very nice guy.

I have driven my vette down there several times and never heard of or had any problems - however, this year we are taking my wifes mother with us and I doubt that I will get away with strapping her on the luggage rack so we will be driving the tahoe (this also makes it easier to haul the goodies home)

I will be there on Saturday. Don't know if will drive the Vette or the truck Since the event is indoors not much incentive to take the Vette (other than the fun of driving). Hope they have more vendors there this year.

It's a toss up for me.Either i go to Houston this weekend or to Super Chevy Show next weekend outside of Baton Rouge. I would like to go to both, but told little brother we will work on camp on one of the two weekends.

Looks like a pretty good list of vendors.....one of the vendors has parts diagrams on their website. Makes it real easy to see all of the pieces!!

I'll be there Sunday afternoon. Probably about 2 pm. I know two guys with the Houston C3 Club have their cars in the show, so there'll be at least two sharks.

Default Corvette show

I was disappointed as usual. I did not think that there were that many nice cars. And what was up with the few that were for sale? The prices were stupid or was that just me? I find that most vendors want to ship you the parts too. I ended up buying stuff off of Vette Brakes. They seemed like good guys and I have bought items from them before.

I liked the 10 sec Camaro too. Nice car. There were a few others too.

Also I talked to ARD about heads and porting. Anyone ever use them?

I was disappointed also ! Not enough C3's . But the last time I went was many years ago .I got to talk to Duntov , get a couple of pictures made with him , and his autograph inside of a Corvette Black book ! (still got them).

I went Saturday....probably a half dozen or more C3's that I saw. Al Knoch Interiors was putting on new convertible tops for a couple of people. All in all, I thought it was a pretty good expo.

I saw that. Did it look to you that they were doing a pretty good job w/o having the car there to fit it to ? I was just wondering .

We were disappointed as well...not many older cars, too many C5s. Did like the the 69 tri power vert for sale. I didn't think $45K was a bad deal for that car.
