Has anyone done the Coup to Convertible conversion??
If so how hard is it?

Probably cheaper to purchase a rough vert and restore vs. conversion.

I thought the auto - manual conversion would be tough , i guess all you need is a recip saw and a good supply of metal blades

I did it to mine. It was not easy. I purchased my vette with the process already started. Basically We had 2 wrecked vettes and made one.

Default Coupe to Vert
We are doing a 77 Corvette into a convertible. After all the other extensive Pro Touring stuff, might as well. It's also easier to load luggage through the back top cover standing up than bending over and sliding the weight past the seat.
