Default Fuses? electrical nightmare....Help appreciated

Just replaced my gauges and put center console back in. Looks and works great!! The radio was working fine.. Gas gauge working, ammeter working...antennae went up and down as I powered adio on and off, I took the console out again for adjustment, repositioned. don't think I did anything wierd.. Now.. I turn the key and no juice to gauges or fuel pump (I have electric) Clock is working.. Turn signals work, headlights work, power windows work, horn works car cranks (no fuel due to no pump), WTH??? Checked fuse block, all seems ok, checked to see for crossed wires but none, it was working fine before I redid the deal. If a fuseablelink at stater went, I wouldn't have power to signal lights, windows, etc... At my wits...

More fuseable lnks elswhere? Anyone ever run into something like this??

Need help

How did you wire in the fuel pump, what circuit is it on?

I had a similar problem and it turned out to be the center strip connector on the back of the center console had worked loose while twisting and positioning the panel. I just pushed it back in and was more careful on the reinstall.

No more printed circuit, Uisng autometer gauges, harness is going to the new guages in correct order. It was all working until I repositioned the unit. Stereo was working..etc.

Guages will light up from the harness when I turn the lights on but I have nothing going to the gauges as far as info.. (volts, gas, etc..) Also nopump

Pump is tied into spare ignition spot on the fuseblock. It is also fused going to my ECU, Gauges are not tied to ECU

Here is a pic of the new gauges and the harness in background

I thought I heard a click down by the lower driver area could have been in front of or behind the fuseblock. Isd there a fuseable link down there. I thought I heard something when I first hooked up and was worried, but all seemed well. I just thought about this.. Driving me crazy

ok i'm with you now....it would seem to be the power source for all your gauges has been disconnected some how? blown fuse perhaps? i think your ground is ok since the you say the lights work....no power to the gauges would make everything stop working including the stereo....retrace the wires something has come disconnected.

Check your fuse panel for a fuse labelled 'gauge', it could have blown.

I have checked fuses..baffling... It is the items that the ignition controls. Except signals which tie into the courtesy fuse. Windows have their own fuse..Sooo Has to be fuse to the extrai ignitioon hookup at fuse block, but no fuse? A Fuseable link?? Shop amnual says all 26 or less gauge wires are protectedby fuseable linbks at bulkhead? It does not seem as if there is one fuse, ther than a fuseable link that (per the shop manual)is (1) behnd the fuse panel) and (2) at the bulkhead connector.

Fans which are also tied to ignition do not work.???

Kind of hoping someone else had had this problem at some point.

That's a sweet looking guage cluster/stereo setup. How many clams did that set you back?
