Default Cortez Silver "Poly"??

Guy at the paint shop said he has a listing of 1970 Cortez Silver "Poly". He said he thought that meant that it was a Metallic? Is that the same as Cortez Silver 986??

Ideas?

Len, what brand paint are you using? I can get you the code of the Sherwin Williams paint that I used on my '69. It cross-matched to original 986 Cortez Silver and is nearly dead-on in appearance, both tint and the size of the metallic.

Let me know if you want the info and I'll go dig it up,
Shannon
