Find an old input shaft to align the clutch, then bolt it to the flywheel. Check the fit of the pilot bushing, if replacing it be sure it's not magnetic.

PS my bad I mis-read your question.
Adjusting the clutch requires adjusting the nuts on the threaded rod coming through the firewall. Looking at the end of the rod there should be some threads before the end of the rod. Now if you just installed a Centerforce clutch then you have more then an adjustment problem as they change the geometry of the linkage.

Please elaborate. I am/was going to order a CFII. How do they change the geometry of the linkage? I have heard that an adjustable fork ball stud may be needed.
