Matching Numbers - Which #'s Actually Match

Ah yes you are both correct, glass, mirriors, starters, alternators, waterpumps, pulleys have numbers cooling fans and clutches, flywheel, master clyinders, calipers, Good Lord the list will DRIVE YOU CRAZY!!

I see a guy at several corvette shows here in Atlanta who gets mad if the paint and trim codes don't match on a car that was advertised as numbers matching.

You guys forgot to mention the most important set of "matching numbers"! That is that the VIN on the car matches the VIN number on the title!! Without that, you're screwed!!
