Default A C Condenser Question

The 1970 Vette (big block) I bought has factory air but the condenser was missing. I am replacing the condenser and dryer, my question is this, do I replace it with a condenser made with aluminum tubes and fins or one made with copper tubes and aluminum fins? Is one better then the other? I believe G M original condensers were all aluminum. Does one work better then the other? I can buy a GM one for $200.00(NOS) (all aluminum) or a repro copper/aluminum for about $130.00. I live in Florida so I want the most efficient one I can get. Please advise. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Default Aluminum cools faster

Copper will last longer. So if long life is not your issue go with aluminum. The aluminum has a faster transfer of heat so faster cool down. Both will cool the almost the same so you won't notice a difference after the car has been rolling and cooled down. The excess air from movement will make both cool almost equal.. But if you like a very fast cool down on a really hot car,, the aluminum will be faster to cool and lighter.

Your choice, but MAKE sure they fit properly. 99 Nassau blue
