I just finished my body mounts on my 77, I had the frame up on 4 jack stands and I jacked the body off from there. Careful its a ton of weight to be moving around.

I leveled my frame on jack stands before raising the body,be sure to soak the bolts with pb blaster for a couple of days before attempting to remove and take your time. If they wont break loose, dont force them turn a little then turn them back and keep soaking with pb blaster. You really dont want to snap #2 or #3 mount or you will have to lift the body off to replace the cage & nut. I averaged about 2 hours per bolt to get out without breaking them on #2 & #3 . As far as #1&4 I didnt worry about breaking as you can get them replaced without removing the body.
