Default Rocker Question

I am a new member and have a question regarding roller rockers. How do you establish what maximum rocker ratio that you should install when installing a 327/350 HP cam in an 1971 L48, stock heads . I am also installing an LT1 intake, 3310 holley and hei ignition.

Thanks

True roller rockers on that combo are not needed. A good set of roller tip is all that you need. Roller rockers are only needed when spring pressure is over 300 pounds. The stock springs are not even close to that. You could run either 1.5 or 1.6 ratio with no problem on your setup. The 1.6 would give you a little more lift. Since you are buying new why not go for the 1.6.
