Anyways I got my harmonic Balancer on but in the process I was installing it and trying to line up the PS pully and crank pully and pounding on it to get it inline and noticed that the back bolt on the PS pump was not tightened. And when I tightened it the pullys came inline. Now I beat on tis thing to try to get it in futher.....umm would I have screwed anything up inside the motor....Please say no.

You're supposed to use a harmonic damper installer, not pound on it. The damper is meant to have an interference fit with the crank snout.
It's possible to damage the crankshaft thrust flange by banging on it. Or brinnel the thrust bearing. The flange is relatively thin and not meant to take extreme thrust loads.
You're probably ok. You'll find out pretty quick if not.

I got one of those installers/removers and they work great!!
It's not a cheap tool ($80 - $100 for the installer/remover kit) but well worth the investment... Installer tools alone can be purchased for less than $40..
Good luck with that balancer. I ran mine for 3 months. No problems installing, but the real fun came later. After about a month, I noticed my timing was off. I figured I did not get the distributor tight enough and simply figured it had moved. I reset the timing and did not give it a second thought. Checked it again a month later and was off again. WTF? Reset it once again and then came the detonation. Yup. The POS slipped on me. By the time i removed the balancer, it was off by 90+ degrees.
It is SFI approved meaning the outer ring won't fly apart. At this point, I would not even trust that it would stay together.
Well when installing it there is a small collar on the bottom pully and it would not fit into the end of the dampener so I had to grind it off to fit. And I am replacing my stock one because it slipped. And now you say your new one slipped....great. I hope mine doesn't

Did you mushroom the dampner end by beating on it? Maybe that is why the pulley did not fit. Mine went on, using an installer, with no problems and the pulley fit correctly.
