How do you clean convertible top?
I'm asking for a friend. He just bought a Corvette that has been neglected and accumulated dust and dirt for many years. What is a safe way to clean a black convertible top?

Armor All has always worked for me if it's the stock vinyl one, they make "special" soft top cleaners in places like Corvette America but i'm sure u could find similar products at Advanced, Autozone, etc

Here is a secret that I discoverd last year,, it last a lot longer than armour all and probably beats most other products on the market, believe it or not,, KIWI shoe polish in the past form, apply with a soft brush and let dry 10minutes and give it a brush shine. Believe me you will be amazed !!!!
