Default Distributor Numbers or Codes
Does anyone know how to identify a Chevy small block distributor? I found the following codes on the body of the distributor:1103337 0C24.

Any help would be appreciated.

date code must be from 1980 because the number (1103337) sure isn`t from 1970.........

Can anyone tell me how to read the date code? Is the 0C24 mean it is 1980 March 24th?
