Given that was Thursday, I'd expect a response by today. I believe the on-line ordering system has a 'delay' of about 1-2 days before Van Steel begins fulfillment (pick, pack and shipping).
Remember, if you placed the order over the internet instead of calling, it may be to your benefit to follow-up with a call if you are wanting to save on shipping to you. I believe you need to call them and place an order and say you are a 'forum member to get this discount.
