On stock rally's ->

255/60/15 or 255/70/15

If you have pics please post. Going to be mounting new tires next weekend and want to make right choice. Thanks

I'd go with the 255/60's. 70 series is borderline truck tires!

Holy cow, yeh 70s would be too big. Over 29 inches actually. Stock is about 27. I had 275 60 15s on the rear before and at 28 inches they looked enormous, if it hadn't been for the super-hard spring they would have rubbed on every bump. 255 60 15 was a factory available size and looks good.

A 235/70 hit the front fenders on mine in a turn, so a 255/70 would be worse. Luckily they were just rollin' around tires and not new.

255/70's are what are on my grand cherokee. It has firehawks, just like my vette does. No way would the cherokee tires fit on the vette and not rub. Would also look really stupid.
