Interior door jamb moulding ?

Interior door jamb moulding ?
I am looking at the interior door jamb on my 80 Corvette and I wonder if there is a moulding that is missing. On the interior rear of the door jamb I am wondering if it is supposed to have a moulding on the sharp edge ? I thought that somewhere in my travels I saw a moulding at this point on this year of car. I think it would be a rubber type pinched c-shape possibly with or without a fuzzy surface. Maybe I am wrong but would like to know if I need this part . Thanx Brent

I've got those on my 79 their made of rubber and are shaped the same as the body panel. There is a material glued onto it. The material is different than the carpet. Mine were so dirty I almost threw them away when I changed the carpet thinking they came with the carpet or I could get a new pair. No luck. I've never seen them in any catalog. Lucky saved mine and cleaned them back up.Sorry no pics.it's a computer thing
