Headlight door adjustment????
Almost ready for paint but I need to adjust the headlight bucket positioning.
How do you adjust the headlight doors to create equal gaps and flushness when they are in the closed position?

Haven't done it myself, There are insturctions in some of the manuals. Also I found this old thread.

There is a adjustment bolt dead center under the assembly. With the doors closed look under the car and you will see this threaded bolt. With a socket drive you can adjust the position of the assembly up and down.

That bolt is to adj. them up and down, the other way to adjust is to look at the pivot rod there's bushings on both sides loosen these up and they will move around they are kinda pita. be careful when you are done cycle them up and down a few times watch the top rear make sure there's plenty of room you wouldn't want them to peel back your paint
